I'm Keith Mangold, founder of VIBEPro. I've spent 25+ years building software for banks, nonprofits, and commercial businesses, systems where reliability isn't optional. VIBEPro is that engineering discipline pointed at a world that software has mostly ignored: open-air markets.

It started when experienced market managers showed me how the job actually gets done: vendor space requests handwritten on 3-part forms, payments in cash envelopes, schedules on clipboards, layouts sorted on a dining room table the night before. Not because they weren't excellent operators, but because no software fit the shape of a recurring market. Everything worked... until it didn't.

So we built the tool the job deserved. Not from competitor feature lists, from the operations themselves: watching load-in, listening to managers, shipping fixes between one market day and the next. That's where the name comes from: VIBE = Vendor Information & Booking Experience. The goal was never just to collect data or schedule booths. It was to give managers their time back and take the chaos out of market week.

Today it helps recurring markets manage vendors, collect payments, assign spaces, track documents, and communicate from one system, with tiers that scale from a 20-vendor weekly market to multi-market organizations. It ships improvements every few weeks, straight from the managers who use it.
