Hi, I'm Keith Mangold, founder of VIBEPro and a software developer with 25+ years of experience building websites and apps for banks, nonprofits, and commercial businesses. But this project didn't start as a business. It started with friends.

Two close friends of mine run a weekly nonprofit market that supports a local school. Over time, on long walks and wine chats, I kept hearing how outdated and time-consuming their process was. Vendor space requests were handwritten on 3-part forms. Most payments were in cash. Schedules lived on clipboards. Everything worked... until it didn't.

So I offered to help.

I didn't research other tools. I didn't look at competitors. I listened to them. I asked questions, observed how the market ran, and built something based entirely on their day-to-day needs. That's where the name comes from: VIBE = Vendor Information & Booking Experience. But the goal wasn't just to collect data or schedule booths. It was to make life easier. To give back time. To reduce the chaos. To give everyone better vibes.

Today, VIBEPro helps farmers markets manage vendors, collect payments, assign spaces, track documents, and communicate, all from one easy-to-use system. It's updated every few weeks with new ideas straight from the people who use it. And when a new market joins, I personally handle onboarding, training, and setup.
