Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VIBEPro, software operated by Blargo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using VIBEPro, you agree to these Terms.

Note: This is a baseline terms document. A formal lawyer-reviewed version will replace this before any large-scale marketing campaigns.

Who can use VIBEPro

VIBEPro is sold to organizations that operate open-air markets, vendor-based events, and similar community gatherings. To use VIBEPro you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use VIBEPro to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't try to break it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it to send spam. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to upload.

Subscription and payment

VIBEPro is a subscription service. Fees, billing frequency, and the start date are agreed in writing or via the order form when you sign up. You're billed in advance. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; you're also subject to their terms. You can cancel any time.

Your data

You own your data. We just store it and process it on your behalf so you can run your market. We will not sell it, share it, or use it for purposes outside running the service for you. If you cancel, you can export your data on the way out.

Service availability

We work hard to keep VIBEPro running. We can't guarantee 100% uptime. Software has outages, the internet has outages, things happen. If we have a major outage, we'll communicate clearly and we'll make it right.

Termination

Either of us can terminate this agreement at any time, with reasonable notice. If we terminate for cause (you violated these terms), we don't owe you a refund. If you terminate or we terminate without cause, we'll work out any unused fees fairly.

Disclaimers and limits

VIBEPro is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be error-free or meet every need you have. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything related to VIBEPro is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
