Pricing that fits the shape of your market

Three public tiers, one onboarding fee, no hidden pricing, no transaction fees, no per-vendor surprises. Every customer gets every feature. The price scales with your market's size, not with your growth.

One-time onboarding

$1,495 one-time onboarding fee

Every new market pays a $1,495 one-time onboarding fee at signup. It covers real work, not a flat filing fee. Specifically:

  • 4–6 hours of founder-led setup. Not a support ticket queue: direct founder time on your market.
  • Custom branding and subdomain setup (your-market.vibepro.io)
  • Vendor list import: migrate from your current tool (spreadsheet, Manage My Market, MarketSpread, whatever)
  • A market-operations consulting pass: we walk through how your market currently runs and suggest where VIBEPro changes it
  • Live training for you and any co-managers
  • 30 days of priority founder support after launch

Pricing this honestly is better than burying it in the monthly fee. Every new market we onboard gets real setup work; we'd rather charge for it upfront than subsidize it through your subscription for years.

How payments work

VIBEPro never touches your money.

VIBEPro orchestrates the entire vendor payment experience (applications, invoices, reminders, receipts, collection tracking), but the actual money flows through your own Stripe account. You bring your Stripe. Your vendors pay with Stripe's supported payment methods. The money lands directly in your bank account.

We're not a merchant of record. We never hold funds. We never take a cut of transactions. We never add a markup on Stripe's processor fees. This is a deliberate choice: no percentage of sales going to us, no delayed payouts waiting on us, and no complications from us being in the money path.

Stripe charges its standard processor fees (currently around 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction; lower for ACH). Those are Stripe's numbers, go to Stripe, and are between you and Stripe. We don't touch them.

Market Day Guarantee

Run your first market day on us. If it isn't better, we refund everything.

A traditional free trial doesn't work for a market-management tool. It only proves its value when it runs your actual Saturday. So we do this instead:

Run your first scheduled market day on VIBEPro. If it's not demonstrably better than what you were doing before, we refund every dollar you've paid (including the onboarding fee) and help you migrate back. No hard feelings.

It's the same promise we made our first market when we started. They're still here 13 months later, so the promise has worked out fine.

Questions everyone asks

Fair questions, honest answers.

Are there per-vendor fees?

No. Your tier is based on how many active vendors you have, but we never charge you per vendor, per application, or per transaction. No "vendor growth tax."

What if I outgrow my tier?

You move up. No penalty, no migration work, the upgrade is live the same day. You pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the month.

What if my market shrinks?

You can move down tiers at any time. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.

Can I pay annually?

Yes: 15% off every tier. The annual option is highlighted next to each tier above.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours, always. Full CSV export is built into the dashboard. Cancel any time, take your data with you, no lock-in games.

Do you have a nonprofit discount?

Most of the markets we serve are already nonprofits or community associations. Our regular pricing is our best nonprofit pricing. If cost is the only thing standing between you and VIBEPro, tell us. We can talk.

The honest answer to the obvious question.

We work directly with every market we onboard. We're not VC-funded and we're not trying to be the cheapest option in the world. We're trying to be the one that actually fits how a real market runs.

If pricing is the only thing standing between you and trying VIBEPro, tell us. We'll work it out.
