VIBEPro is operated by Blargo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Note: This is a baseline policy that names Blargo LLC as the operating entity and covers standard SaaS data practices. A formal lawyer-reviewed version will replace this before any large-scale marketing campaigns.

What we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

Information you give us directly. When you contact us, sign up, or use VIBEPro, we collect things like your name, email address, market name, business details, and any messages you send us.

Information from market organizers. If you're a vendor whose market uses VIBEPro, your market organizer enters or imports information about you (business name, contact info, vendor type, payment status, etc.). The market organizer is the source and controller of that data.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security, debugging, and improving the product.

How we use it

  • To operate VIBEPro and provide the service to market organizers and vendors
  • To process payments (handled through industry-standard payment processors like Stripe)
  • To communicate with you about your account, the service, or support questions
  • To improve VIBEPro and build features based on real usage patterns
  • To meet legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your information. Ever.

Who we share it with

  • Payment processors (Stripe) handle payment data per their own policies
  • Hosting providers store the data, encrypted, on our behalf
  • Legal authorities if required by law

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vibepro.io and we'll respond.

Children

VIBEPro is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
