Pricing
Per-event pricing, no subscription.
$199 setup + $5 per vendor-day
Example: a 60-vendor, 2-day craft fair = $199 + (60 × 2 × $5) = $799 total
One-time setup, pay once per event, no subscription, no lock-in. We set up your event together 4–6 weeks before the date.
When to start
The earlier the better. Ideally 6–8 weeks before your event, so we have time to get the application live, collect submissions, review them, and get vendors paid and assigned before the day arrives. We can also help with shorter timelines if you're already in scramble mode.
