05. Payments
Your Stripe account. Your money. VIBEPro never touches it.
Every VIBEPro market connects its own Stripe account. Vendors pay invoices online (credit card or ACH) and the funds go directly to you. VIBEPro never holds or passes through market revenue. Fee rules are flexible: flat booth fees, sales-based percentages, late fees, partial payments, whatever your market runs on.
What it does
Here is what happens when a real weekly market uses Stripe, the right way.
Your own Stripe account
You connect your Stripe account during setup. Payments flow directly to you. VIBEPro is not in the money path: we never hold, pass through, or take a cut of your market payments.
Credit card and ACH
Vendors pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer. ACH costs you less in processing fees. Both options are presented to vendors at checkout.
Flexible fee rules
Flat booth fees, sales-based percentages, or a combination of both: configured per space type or per vendor. The system handles any fee model your market runs on.
Late fees and partial payments
Configure late fee rules and allow partial payments where your market policy permits. The system tracks what is owed, what is paid, and what is outstanding.
Per-invoice history
Every vendor sees their full invoice history in the vendor portal. Every payment is recorded with a timestamp, amount, and method. No "did you receive my payment?" emails.
Payment status in the map and dashboard
The booth map and market date view show payment status per vendor. You see who has paid and who has not before market day, not during it.
Why it matters
The operational reality behind Stripe, the right way.
The biggest mistake market software can make is putting itself between you and your money. Some platforms hold funds, batch payouts, or take a percentage of every transaction. VIBEPro does none of that. You connect your Stripe account, vendors pay you directly, and the money arrives on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
Flexible fee rules matter because markets are not all structured the same way. Flat booth fees, sales-based fees, or both: the system handles any model without requiring you to do math outside the software. The payment record lives next to the vendor profile and shows up in the booth map so you always know who is paid up.
