05. Payments
Your accounts. Your money. Every payment method in one ledger.
Every VIBEPro market connects its own payment accounts. Vendors pay invoices online (card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay through your Stripe, or PayPal) and the funds go directly to you. Vendors who pay by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check get recorded in seconds and reconciled in the same ledger, so "who has paid" is one list, not four. VIBEPro never holds or passes through market revenue.
However your vendors pay, it lands in one ledger
Online payments run through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Everything else is recorded and reconciled right alongside them.
What it does
Here is what it does for a market like yours.
Your own Stripe account
You connect your Stripe account during setup. Payments flow directly to you. VIBEPro is not in the money path: we never hold, pass through, or take a cut of your market payments.
Card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
Vendors pay by credit card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through your Stripe checkout, or through PayPal if your market runs on it. ACH costs you less in processing fees.
Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check, tracked
Plenty of vendors still hand you a check or Venmo the booth fee. Record any offline payment in seconds with its method, amount, and date, and the vendor's balance updates just like an online payment.
Flexible fee rules
Flat booth fees, sales-based percentages, or a combination of both: configured per space type or per vendor. The system handles any fee model your market runs on.
Late fees and partial payments
Configure late fee rules and allow partial payments where your market policy permits. The system tracks what is owed, what is paid, and what is outstanding.
Per-invoice history
Every vendor sees their full invoice history in the vendor portal. Every payment is recorded with a timestamp, amount, and method. No "did you receive my payment?" emails.
Payment status in the map and dashboard
The booth map and market date view show payment status per vendor. You see who has paid and who has not before market day, not during it.
Why it matters
The operational reality behind Every way vendors pay, one ledger.
The biggest mistake market software can make is putting itself between you and your money. Some platforms hold funds, batch payouts, or take a percentage of every transaction. VIBEPro does none of that. You connect your own accounts, vendors pay you directly, and the money arrives on your processor's standard payout schedule.
The second mistake is pretending every vendor pays online. Real markets take Venmo screenshots, folded checks, and cash from the till. If your software only understands one processor, everything else lives in your head or a side spreadsheet. VIBEPro records every method in one ledger, so the booth map and payment reports always show the true picture of who is paid up.
